Will my Concrete Edging Crack?

Yes, it is concrete, and it is possible to crack due to ground movement caused by freezing and thawing. We cut expansion joints in the edging (approximately every 2 ½ ft. to 3 ft.) about half-way through the concrete to control the cracks (such as seen in your sidewalk).

Will the Color Fade on the Edging?

We apply two coats of a UV sealer upon completion of the job to retain the beauty and luster of the color. It is recommended to reapply this sealer every two to three years.
